AMUSSIS · THE FILE READING
The IRS keeps a file on your business. Have you read it?
Every return, payment, penalty, and notice sits in your IRS transcripts, written in three-digit codes almost nobody can read. I read yours line by line and tell you, in plain English, what the IRS already knows.

- Tell me who you are. Nothing needs to be tidy.

Business and owner transcripts, 2023 to 2025
FORM 1120-S · 2023 AND 2024Filed on time, nothing owed. Code 150 both years, no penalties, no notices.
FORM 941 · 2ND QUARTER 2024A $412 late-deposit penalty, still open. Code 186. Your record qualifies for first-time penalty relief; I can prepare the request.
OWNER 1040 · 2024An income review is open. Code 922: the IRS is comparing your return to the 1099s it received. A letter usually follows. Your preparer should see this now.
EVERY YEAR, EVERY FORMNo examination codes. No 420, no 570. Nobody has opened an audit, and nothing is frozen.
Bottom line: one item to fix this month, one to hand your preparer, and the rest is clean.

THE PLAIN TERMS
So nobody is surprised.
Six lines, in plain English.
- I read; I never act for you. I am not a CPA, an Enrolled Agent, or an attorney, and I do not represent anyone before the IRS. If you need that, I will say so plainly and tell you who to call.
- Form 8821 only lets me see. It cannot change, file, or pay anything, and you can revoke it any time. Or skip it and send the transcripts yourself.
- Reading your file does not touch your file. Nothing is sent to the IRS because someone read your transcript.
- I do not prepare tax returns. When something belongs with your preparer, I hand it to you in a form they can use.
- Flat fees, quoted first. No hourly meter, no surprise bill.
- Confidential, and yours. Your file is never shared or used as an example, and I delete my copies whenever you ask.
